Packaging creates the first experience

Recipients see the packaging before they hear the product. A well-presented box can make a standard audio item feel considered, premium and aligned with the brand.

This is especially important for corporate gifts, retail products and influencer or media kits.

Choose the right packaging level

Options range from a branded sleeve or insert card to a fully printed retail box. The right level depends on quantity, budget and whether the product will be sold or gifted.

A simple branded solution can be more effective than an over-designed package that increases cost and lead time.

Confirm practical requirements

Check dimensions, product protection, cable placement, instructions, barcode needs and carton packing. Retail projects may also require compliance information or multilingual copy.

All text should be proofread before approval. Packaging errors are expensive to correct after printing.

Understand packaging MOQ and timing

Custom packaging may have a different minimum order quantity and production schedule from the audio product itself. Confirm both before finalising the project.

If timing is limited, a standard box with a branded sleeve or card may be the safer option.

Coordinate product and packaging together

AUVRA manages product, artwork, packaging and production coordination as one project. This reduces the risk of separate suppliers producing components that do not fit or arrive at different times.
